Hindi cinema veteran Amitabh Bachchan has bought a Duplex apartment in the Andheri area of Mumbai, knowing the price of which will land under his feet. In the purchase of this apartment, one can buy another small flat in the stamp duty that Amitabh has filled.
Property website Zapkey.com has claimed to be the registration document for this property of Amitabh Bachchan, according to which, Big B has purchased a 5184 sq ft duplex apartment in the under-construction Atlantis project in the Andheri area, which is worth 31 crores and 62 rupees. Lakh rupees stamp duty has been paid.
The deal was signed in December last year. As reported by the Economics Times, Sunny Leone and Anand L. Rai have also bought properties in this project. Sunny has paid 16 crores for a 4365 sq ft apartment. At the same time, Anand L Rai’s apartment is worth 25 crores.
Apart from other properties, Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow located in the Juhu area of Mumbai is considered an iconic building for film lovers. Apart from this, there are three more bungalows in this area, namely Vatsa, Janaka, and Jalsa.
