Moissac. When learning music theory becomes child’s play

Véronique Duffaut, music teacher at Moissac and musical teacher, has decided to reconcile her passion for board games and her love of music. With Kati, Marie-Laure, Eve and Périne, partners in the edutainment publishing house Je J’aime du Jeu, she has just launched her first collection of Musicadabra games, a range of tools designed to facilitate learning music and especially music theory. The first kit, “Océbo & Cie”, includes the Océbo card game, for reading notes in 8 game rules, and the multifaceted pedagogy that accompanies it. “These kits to be cut up as a family are the result of a collaboration of several years with music education professionals, who are popular today”, explains Véronique Duffaut. “Designed for all ages, they offer the opportunity to come together around a constructive, sensory, motor, emotional, intellectual and musical activity. Understanding in order to learn better, playing to integrate, all in a friendly and intergenerational atmosphere, this is our credo, ”she adds. From initiation to expert level, everyone will find something to feed their thirst for discovery, sharing and conviviality. The “Océbo & Cie” kit is available for pre-sale via crowdfunding on the platform, which will then allow the company Je J’aime du Jeu to launch the larger-scale edition of the other tools in the Musicadabra collection. “The first 100 kits purchased before December 22 will be delivered before Christmas,” promises the editor.
