‘Pokémon’ leaves anime behind to make a stop-motion series on Netflix that you will want to see now

Who is not going to like a stop-motion fiction with adorable pokémon? Who is not going to like it?

Since 1997, Pokémon has been a constant presence on the small screen. With each new game that has been released, its simile in anime has always accompanied it. See the one from Pokémon Silver and Gold, Sun and Moon or the one that will be released soon based on the Pokémon Scarlet and Purple video games.

Now another series is added to it, but this time moving away from the anime genre completely. The Pokémon Company recently announced that it will partner with Netflix to make a new stop-motion animated series Produced by dwarf studios.

This new series, whose brief and adorable preview you can see above these lines, will be titled The Pokémon Concierge and promises to expand the world of Pokémon by following Haru, a concierge at the Pokémon Resort and her interactions with various Pokémon and their owners who visit her as guests.

In the preview you can see this new style of animation with Psyduck as protagonist while a narrator can be heard explaining to us that what we see is a resort where the guests are mainly the pokémon.

The release date of the pokemon janitor hasn’t been revealed yet, but is expected to be released sometime this year 2023.
