The young woman would have decided to separate from the singer and would have asked him to leave the accommodation he lived in which she was a tenant. Francis Lalanne would have refused, would have seized the phone of his ex-companion and would have damaged the lock of the accommodation.

In front of the police, the singer would have recognized the facts and became aware of the separation. Still according to Le Parisien, the charges of violence and harassment of a spouse were finally dropped for a criminal composition resulting in a fine of 800 euros and a procedure for removal from the home.
