‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’: The new trailer opens a door to new universes and old acquaintances

The film, directed by Jon Watts, opens in theaters on December 17. “They have started coming and I can’t stop them,” says Doctor Strange.

The arrival to the cinemas of the movie of the year is approaching. The December 17 premieres Spider-Man: No Way Home, the third installment in the trilogy about Spider-Man played by Tom Holland. Now that there is a month left to enjoy the new adventure of Peter Parker on the big screen, Sony Pictures has released the second trailer of the film. And he has done it in style during an event in Los Angeles with the presence of his leading actor.

The advance opens the doors to parallel universes, as Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) tells Peter Parker, and villains from other worlds are beginning to arrive who threaten security on Earth where Holland’s Parker lives. Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Electro have landed to face the Wall-crawler. As Stephen Strange says, now they have to get “Scooby-Doo” and hunt them down.

The Sandman and the Lizard are two other villains that will appear in the film, thus completing a group that will be a challenge for the protagonist. In the comics, they all make up the Sinister Six, a team that has undergone changes over the years but has always been a challenge.

Who does not appear anywhere are Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, the most anticipated of this installment of the saga. There has been talk about the rumors of his appearance for a long time, but Marvel Studios still does not let go.

Directed by Jon Watts – who has already gone behind the scenes of the first two Spider-Man installments for the Marvel Cinematic Universe Homecoming and Far from home and will direct Fantastic four-, No Way Home settles after Quentin Beck/Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal) reveal to the world the identity of the Crawler.

Peter Parker’s life has turned into a nightmare and to end that he asks for help Stephen Strange/Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). Marvel’s Sorcerer Supreme agrees to cast a spell to make everyone forget who Peter Parker really is, but something goes wrong and the multiverse is unleashed.

In this new installment, Spider-Man must face different villains from other realities. On the one hand, Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) from the saga starring Tobey Maguire. On the other hand, Max Dillon/Electro (Jamie Foxx) from the led by Andrew Garfield. In this list of enemies is also confirmed Green Goblin.

Spider-Man: No Way Home completes its main cast with Zendaya, Marisa Tomei and Jacob Batalon. On these lines, do not miss the new trailer.
