The reunion of Rue and Jules (and a lot of drugs) in the trailer for season 2 of ‘Euphoria’

Zendaya stars in the images of the new batch of episodes that can be seen next Monday, January 10, on HBO Max.

“When I met her … I fell in love with her immediately. As soon as I saw her I was afraid of losing her”, says Rue in the new trailer for season 2 of Euphoria. He has been reunited with Jules (Hunter Schafer) after the heartbreaking separation on the train tracks at the end of the first installment and, since then, he has not had a good time. Zendaya has the absolute leading role in the new trailer for the series that premieres on HBO Max on January 10.

In the center of the plot, she and her suitcase. The teenager walks the streets of her city accompanied by a burden that will bring her many problems. She has fully relapsed into her addictions and is surrounded by bad company. The images anticipate that Rue is more lost than ever and her actions could lead to her spending time behind bars.

On the other hand, there is his relationship with Jules, which will also be an important part of the second installment: “I love you. I have always been with you. From when you were born until you are gone”. The love between the two characters connected directly with the fans, who were devastated to see that they did not flee together. After two specials focused on how each of them were living their breakup, now we will investigate more about the consequences of the separation and, in a possible reconciliation? That seems to warn the advance, although it may not happen at the best time.

Rue isn’t the only one going through a self-destructive stage. Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) is also having a rough patch, as her cry through tears indicates: “Judge me all you want, but I don’t care. I’ve never been happier.” Meanwhile, Maddy (Alexa Demie) fantasizes about being a ‘sexy’ pregnant.

Season 2 of Euphoria It premieres two and a half years after it debuted on the streaming platform. The studio renewed it shortly after it saw the light, but the pandemic, which forced the entertainment industry to paralyze, has caused a long delay that is already very close to ending. On this occasion, we will see a fiction even darker than its first installment.

‘Euphoria’ will make up for its two-year long wait with a “brutal” season 2
