Jean-Marc Morandini is again sent to justice. According to information from BFMTV published this Monday, January 3, the TV host accused of “sexual harassment” and “hidden work” in the so-called “Les Faucons” web series case will be tried before the Paris court. These are five young actors who accuse the host of Cnews.

Also according to BFMTV, the investigation revealed that Jean-Marc Morandini had created a fictional character to approach young actors on casting sites with the aim of making them shoot videos of a sexual nature. He notably asked for photos, videos and had castings for young actors.

The judge considered that the facts of “hidden work” were characterized for the five actors concerned and that the facts of “sexual harassment” were characterized concerning only one of the young actors.

In November 2021, Jean-Marc Morandini was also referred to a criminal court for “corruption of minors”. He is suspected of having made sexual proposals via social networks.
