Chunky told in an interview that in 2009, an offer came from a businessman in the Mulund area of Mumbai, which he was shocked to hear. He was requested that he should come to the businessman’s funeral and express a little sorrow. In an interview given to Mumbai Mirror, Chunky said- “Those people wanted me to cry a little bit and go and stand quietly in a corner during the whole process of the funeral so that it would be up to the businessman to lend it The message is that he has invested his money in a film, of which I am also a part. ”
Chunky further revealed that he had declined the offer, but sent it to someone he knew, given the family’s situation. However, Chunky did not reveal who the actor was. Let me tell you, Chunky made his Bollywood debut as an actor in the 1987 film Aag Hi Aag which starred Dharmendra and Shatrughan Sinha in the lead roles. He then appeared in several hit films in the nineties. During the late eighties, he had worked in films such as Tezaab, Khatron Ke Khiladi, Mitti Aur Sona, and Zaheer.
In the nineties, he played important roles in many films including Vishwatma, Aankhen, Luther. But with the beginning of the new century, Chunky was marginalized.
